After teaching pilates for more than 10 years in France, both through a dedicated Pilates studio in Grenoble, and to many private clients, I moved to Cambridge, UK in 2017. After taking a break from teaching to give birth to my second daughter, I am starting to teach again ,giving private pilates lessons to those based in and around Cambridge.

I received a "Brevet d'état" for Sports studies in 1998, and then worked as a fitness instructor for various sports centres in Grenoble. I started studying Pilates in 2006, right at the start when Pilates became known in Europe. I have been a pilates instructor for more than 11 years, both in sports centres and giving private lessons. Four years before I moved to the UK I set up and ran my own Pilates studio in Grenoble.

I have developed a lot of experience over the years and always continued to learn and extend my knowledge. I've taken specialised courses in equipment such as the spine corrector and the reformer. With certificates from Eva Winskill and the Michael King Insitute. I've also had the opportunity to take courses myself internationally, including at Joeseph Pilates' original studio in New York.

Between 2013 and 2016 I also studied at the Bernardette de Gasquet institute in Paris who is a doctor well known in France for proposing a set of new techniques particulalry for helping women during and after preganancy, and for creating abdominal exercises that also protect the back. I also had an interest in cranialsacral therapy and studied a course over 5 years on the Poyet method.
